Warranty Period

12 months from the date of shipment of the device. During the warranty period, if there is a problem or damage to the equipment, our company will assist your company through video communication to handle it as soon as possible and resume production.

Fault Response

If the software and hardware provided by our company fails, our company will assist with video communication within 8 hours after receiving the notification.
